™The theme for the May 2009 issue of Leadership Guide Magazine is “Asking the Right Questions and Seeking Ethical Approaches”
“ If we do not change direction, we are likely to end up where we are headed.” Chinese Proverb
Sometimes, when answers elude us at every turn, the best response is to ask the right questions. In Ethical Questions Lead to Ethical Approaches, by Linda Hatcher (editor of Leader Guide Magazine), several key ethical questions are posed. The key to asking the right questions is to remember: there are no cut and dried answers. There are only ongoing, ethical approaches.
In another new article for May, we look at “ethical snapshots” of five of the 99 “Most Ethical Companies of 2009” as determined by Ethisphere Magazine. In The Global View: Leadership Approaches of “The World’s Most Ethical Companies,” practical practices are distilled form the guiding principles of top corporations from across the world.
The third article written by Fred A. Manske Jr., the former CEO of Purolator Courier Ltd. and Senior Vice-President of FedEx is entitled, What Should You Do if Ordered to Do Something Unethical?
Pointing You to Possibilities™
