We are pleased to announce the release of the latest personal success book by Fred A. Manske Jr., titled Core Strategy for Success. Subtitled “How to Lead The Pack in a Dog-Eat-Dog world,” his book focuses on the presentation of a powerful core strategy for being successful in our ‘rough and tumble,’ ‘take no prisoners’ world of work. It is available from Amazon (CLICK HERE).
Our first article for April is titled “Failure Avoidance 101." It presents a typical case study of a failed change initiative in an organization. The article presents 8 practical guidelines for avoiding the same fate on your projects. “No leader or team can overestimate the inherent chaos and drama of any change initiative. People are more preoccupied with their immediate concerns than they are with some long term vision, no matter how promising it may be. Leaders responsible for change initiatives have to be sensitive to multiple implications from the beginning and continually adjust all steps accordingly.”
In “Practical, Ethical Change,” we look at the other side of the coin of implementing successful change initiatives. “When all factors are considered, there are really just three critical guideposts on any journey to leadership success: 1) respectful relationships 2)proper information and 3) clear communication. This should be the level of priority, also.”
We hope that you enjoy these articles.
